CBA athletic programs are comprehensive and encompass the technical, tactical, physical, mental and nutritional components of athletic training. Periodization is a critical element of our training philosophy. Through Periodization cycles, training phases are planned in technical, pre-competition and competition cycles to support our students' short and long-term competition schedules. The bottom line is that the CBA program makes work efficient, goals clear, practice fun and results evident.
At CBA, we are committed to our students' growth and well-being 365 days a year. We are trainers, educators and counselors shaping individuals as well as athletes. Our approach is comprehensive, our methods are proven, and our training environment is ideal for professional to aspiring athletes.
We build athletes who learn how to "compete," as opposed to merely ski, snowboard or run. Two key ingredients in accomplishing these goals are our on-site mental conditioning experts and our high-altitude performance institute, specializing in speed, strength, power and endurance development.
